TCPA guidelines state that text message opt-in messages may only be sent during regular business hours (9AM - 5PM) in the time zone in which you are located. Because of this legal requirement, we only allow for these messages to be sent during the above hours. If you schedule/send the opt-in message outside of this period, your message will send at 11AM the following day.
That being said, individual outbound messages do NOT have a time restriction and can be sent at any time in the day.
